Product quality is excellent. My only issue is that the 2.5" model I ordered raised my 2011 Ram 1500 4x4 Big Horn truck EXACTLY 2". I'm not sure if the wrong size was sent or the advertised size of the lift was inaccurate. The packaging documents showed that it was made exactly for the advertised lift size. It cost me $240 to install and align so I can't return it. The truck looks great but a 2.5 inch lift would be perfect.

However, note that your springs need to rotate 180 feet and it's easiest to screw in the top bolts and hit the washer to rotate the spring to where it needs to be. This alignment kit only takes about 2 hours if you are from stainless Florida or Texas. but if you're about the rusty strap, you're screwed.
