Perfect Surge Protector

We are in the process of renovating our kitchen and went to a restaurant store and bought 2 stainless steel prep tables to create more work space. I love them but our outlets were behind both. making them difficult to access. This surge protector is perfect for my needs. I put one with my baking table for my blenders and one with my cooking table for my fryer, instant pots, etc. I also love that there are USB ports if I'm following a recipe off my phone or tablet when the battery is low not…

Pros
  • Extension Cord and Surge Protector
Cons
  • Low Maintenance

Slim design, few connections

These splitters have nice thin lines and are attractively designed. The unobtrusive flat-side power connector makes it easy to connect behind furniture. There are only three plugs and two USB ports per bar. That's enough for a phone, computer and alarm clock, but not enough when you're trying to power a whole range of entertainment systems.

Pros
  • Surge Protector
Cons
  • Available in black only

Slim design, few connections

These extensions have beautiful slender lines and are objects with a pleasant design. The unobtrusive flat-side power connector makes it easy to connect behind furniture. There are only three plugs and two USB ports per bar. That's enough for a phone, computer and alarm clock, but not enough when you're trying to power a whole range of entertainment systems.

Pros
  • SPACE-SAVING DESIGN. The plug on this USB extension cable is angled to fit the top outlet without blocking the bottom outlet and flat to fit behind furniture easily.

Good surge protector

We love these surge protectors and have replaced some of our old ones with them. In fact, this is the first dual USB device I have and it's good that they are. On the other hand, I would rather have more than 3 sockets in some rooms. Good value for two protectors and useful even without an extra outlet (and a cord longer than 6ft would be fine too, but overall it's pretty good).

Pros
  • ETL IN ROOM, BELONGS TO A VETERAN. 16/3 SJT, 3 outlets, 2 USB ports, 6ft cord, 240 joules protection, 13 amps, 125 volts, 1625 watts.
Cons
  • Hardly ever
