The system stopped working in less than 6 months and nobody at Swann was able to call for help. The application does not work. Night vision is not clear. What frustrates me the most is that the system has completely stopped working (there is no light on the system, no power is supplied). It's very frustrating to spend so much money and time installing a system that has failed in such a short amount of time.

This is a very useful DVR. The advantages are the cameras, the really high resolution, the easy internet setup and the small footprint. The cons are there is no physical manual and this dash cam is not compatible with old Swann cameras, that's the worst because I was planning to add some cameras that I had but they didn't work.

While these cameras are good they are not what I wanted because there are no notifications when someone enters the property. They don't cause movement, they're just on all the time. So if you want to see something, you have to watch all the footage. I would send them back but the installation was a hassle and now we don't want to send them all back and wait for me to find another system.
