virus protection! best in L-lysine

No more cold sores and significantly fewer sick days after taking it. I usually take one pill a day, but I increase it to one pill twice a day if I'm either in contact with sick people or have cold sores. It really protects me from viruses. So glad I found her.

High Quality at a Reasonable Price

This product is exactly as described - easy to swallow and I think really boosts your immune system. All I know is that this spring, every single person in my office got sick except me. I've been taking lysine for years and I swear it's really making a difference in my overall health. This is a great price for a quality L-Lysine supplement.

Excellent for Herpes Prevention

Excellent for Herpes Prevention. Whenever I feel one starting on my lips, I drink 2 of these capsules and apply L-lysine ointment to my lips at night. No herpes the next morning. I used to get them every time the seasons changed, when I was stressed, not getting enough sleep. If you get them frequently, I recommend taking the capsules and using the ointment daily. Make sure the ointment is new and has not expired. Change the ointment every few months to keep it effective.
