Product received on time. The transport company employee was very nice and was willing to deliver to my office to a different location than ordered. I'm not sure about the chopper yet. The switch works strange, I hope after running it it will be more responsive. Looks like a big enough unit for my work (8 people will be using the shredder).

Over the years I've bought at least 5 shredders with advertised sheet capacities that never seemed to live up to the claims. I hated opening mail, I knew it was crap just to split it up for the shredder to process. NO LONGER. This thing didn't encounter an unopened (blank wooden) letter, but it wasn't easy to handle. IMO shredders are one area where you really do get what you pay for.

That's what we call this thing, paper shredder, because that's what it sounds like. Much quieter than our old chopper. Others have reported problems and they must be really rough with this thing, I can't imagine what they do with it because this grinder is powerful! I will say that the only useful thing they mentioned is not to tip it over because of the oil in it. It will flow out. Otherwise we love this equipment very much.

I would give this thing 5 stars because it did an incredible job of chewing through everything we put into it. The machine runs like a champ and can handle the heavy load we put on it.
