The Swissmar epivac system keeps the wine fresh. We're wintering in Sonoma County, California and the liquor stores we spoke to highly recommend it. Definitely 5 stars!

Bought a pump and 4 corks a few years ago just needed more corks. This product does a great job of keeping wine fresh and is easy to use. Necessary!

I never drink a whole bottle of wine at once and keep white wine in the fridge to cook, so this is very useful. They absorb all the oxygen, so the wine is stored for a long time even after opening.

Decades of original use. The old ones were leaking. New ones smell like solvents or petroleum products. Revain returned $. It's sad when it's everywhere. The original was a great product.

These forks are different from the original forks we bought a few years ago. The valve in them is very picky and often leaks. Luckily, you can hear it flow right away and then try again. It took me 4 times to get it to seal.

The ribbed part is longer and maybe slightly larger in diameter. I've had trouble getting them into some wine bottles and they don't always work - either they're blocked somehow so you can't work with the pump, or they don't seal well enough to hold a vacuum.
