Installation was easy. We have had the device for 2 years now, we use it once a month. Works well. I don't like that the temperature is just a knob for the heating element. We never turned off the maximum setting as the stone was never exposed to a boiling hot temperature. After the first few items are gone, it doesn't really restore the heat.
