Description of πŸ”§ Swisstop Flashpro Brake Pads - Compatible with Sram/Shimano

Rim: Carbon. Attachment Type: bolt-on. More linear braking performance - lever force vs. braking force. Easier to apply lower braking force - better fine control or 'feathering' of brakes. Set of 4 pads for shimano/sram fitment.

Best Carbon Brake Pads

Great product, these carbon wheel specific brake pads are the best I've tried. I don't think anyone will be disappointed with the quality and performance

Pros
  • More Linear Braking - Leverage vs Braking
Cons
  • Empty

Works great on my Zipp carbon rim wheels

carbon brake pads that come with my Zipp Wet wheels I also don't hear any squeaky noise when braking I highly recommend these pads If you have wheels with you carbon rims.

Pros
  • Fixture type: bolt-on
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than other

Great stopping power. Expensive

These pads are much better than the pads that came with my carbon wheels. My braking distance is shorter with my carbon wheels than with my old aluminum rims. However, these pads are ridiculously expensive for 4 small pieces of rubber. Unfortunately, I don't see many decent options, and ultimately, $40 is a small price to pay for security.

Pros
  • Shimano/Sram set of 4 pads
Cons
  • Compatibility

230.7 miles at Bike Brakes & Parts

Believe the negative reviews. I'm not one to write reviews but felt I should contribute to the discussion. I bought the pads on June 13th to replace the pads that came with my wheels and have done over 2500 miles with 230.7 miles on them. I live in Florida, don't know any hills or highlands. As you can see from the photos the pads have mostly disintegrated with very little use. The first ride was great, the pads were very grippy and had good bite and modulation. On the third ride they started…

Pros
  • Easier to apply less braking effort - better fine control or "floating" brakes
Cons
  • Clarity
