You need to press the volume up and down keys multiple times.

The product works but this is a small problem, when you turn the volume up or down a lot you have to repeatedly press the factory up and down buttons press the volume, you can't just hold on to it.

That worked great on my car. Connected to Sony wx920bt and works great with the steering. Easy to connect and install. Good product.

Works on 2006 Kia Optima with limitations

So glad we installed it on our 2006 Kia Optima to retain the steering wheel controls. We had already installed an aftermarket JVC radio (KW-R940BTS). Once installed, everything on the steering wheel worked fine except for the 'Preset' button at the top of the steering wheel. This is used to select preset stations on the radio or pause/play tracks on CDs. Apart from this limitation, everything works as described.
