Very helpful and useful resource in case if we ever require troubleshooting support

The most valuable thing about this tool was that it helped us solve problems very quickly with little effort required by me as an admin/supervisor of my team using Sykes services!It's not much good for reporting or analyzing reports however; I think there should be more options available where one can get all different metrics related data from within sykestools itself rather than having separate report templates which need time consuming efforts while generating them manually!!   • I think the best thing about Sykes was that it was very simple to work with and has helped us keep track of all the websites which were used by my team to do the work for my company

  • I think the most major thing that I do not like about sykes was that it did not have any reporting &amp analyzing tool to get complete metrics related data which can be used for other major tools
