These are my favorite types of bulbs when I need daylight. They're decent for energy efficiency and I like the durability. I always go to the lightbulb.

I made the mistake of buying fluorescent bulbs thinking they were like good natural daylight. That's absolutely not true. I put one in and took it out immediately. If you don't want to feel like you're either waiting for the dismissal call back in class or just sitting in the doctor's office so they can charge you $100 to tell you they don't know what's going on, then don't buy it "daylight bulbs".
