I like that everything is in one place where you can go look for answers when something isn't working as it should be or your questions aren’t being answered by support staff who are very knowledgeable about their product! I like that we can do so much without having our own servers or software in-house! It's very easy for us as it does all heavy lifting with hosting services such as AWS/ Azure etc which helps keep costs down while still getting amazing performance at scale when needed.
