Makes quick (bootable) copies of my WIN7,8.1 drives (don't have WIN10 yet tried out) . The instructions were poor - didn't give any basic information. I had to create a dummy drive and then figure out how it works. The guide was so bad that I asked them for a proper guide for my device. Even sent them an S/N. They ended up emailing me the same inadequate instructions. lost weekend.

A bit noisy but - Otherwise. Does his job great! The negative reviews I've seen are from those who don't understand what it's supposed to do and how. (This is a "clone". NOT A COPY OF FILES) You need the SAME SIZE OR LARGER of the target drive.

I am very happy with the copier. I've used it twice already and the copies are perfect. I took the advice of other reviewers to label the source and destination drive bays so I don't mix them up. Systor has excellent customer service. They told me I didn't need the adapters I ordered with my copier before they shipped my copier. You are wonderful!

Thank you to those who have posted. It's good to know that you can't erase 2 hard drives even though there are two bays. i think it's ok I couldn't figure out what the toggle button next to the drive bays is for. Has anyone figured it out? I would give more stars but haven't had the time to use all the features yet. Decided to add, this product doesn't work. Definitely not worth $$. So far only one disk has been erased. Bad service, terrible manual.

Beautiful H/W hard drive replicator. I took off a star because it couldn't work directly with my 10k Barracuda drives. Besides the physical disk cloning, I also like the cleanup feature. Worth the money if you are building or working on computer systems and use a lot of SATA based hard drives.

We are using this system to clone a hard drive for backup and security purposes. It works great and pretty fast. It exceeded our expectations. We also use it to "erase" or completely erase other disks, which it sure does.

I liked that I only had to load 2 x 1TB drives into their slots (original was the top slot) and in my case also had to set it to skip bad sectors (not in the boot or file directory way). After about 4 hours I took the SSD, plugged it in and it booted. Much easier than using copy software and a host computer. It's a bit pricey but worth my time.
