I have just purchased and installed this product. I'm not worried about the weight it can handle - I'm sure it's durable and will hold my towels and robes well. As other reviews have said, there is no instruction manual. You'll need to hold the main bar, unattached hooks, and door hook in a slightly awkward position to screw in the nail.
