T-fal Airbake Nonstick Pizza Pan is great for reheating pizza

I only used the smaller 12.75" pan to reheat pizza in the toaster. I've used it to reheat leftover pizza and also to make a fresh crispy crust that I bought a pizza. The pizza reheated in the pan was better than when it was first taken out of the oven at the restaurant. I was thinking about a pizza stone and I'm very glad I bought the pan. It is light but strong enough and easy to clean.

Non-stick coating Sometimes

non-stick coating for approx. 2 weeks. Bought 2 pans and am very disappointed. Here's the real problem with baking sheets, all those crumbs that get in through the holes. My black oven is covered in crumbs after use. Now the fat has burned into the pan and has left a film. Tried to clean, too troublesome. However, the pizzas are good. When you deal with the mess they leave behind. I'll just stick with traditional non-perforated pans.

My second I love them so much

I've been using one of these in my toaster ovens for years - ovens come and go, one of these pans is saved every time. Best pan for frozen pizza or even when I'm making french pizza. Made perfectly with holes on the bottom but things don't fall through. I had to buy a second one, which doesn't mean the first one failed, just used continuously for so long it was time to get one with a fresh nonstick coating. I've never held out a frying pan for so long.

Love these pizza pans

I love these pizza pans - they work fantastically well. I pop them in the oven at 475 (although it says they're only good up to 425 or 450, I've had no problems at 475) and leave them there for 30 minutes before putting the pizza on top. . Then put the pizza on top and in 15-25 minutes (depending on the size, toppings, etc.) I have perfect pizzas with a nice and crispy crust. Fiction! But not coppery

This is a 5-way starter product. I'm only rating it 4 stars because the listing says it's a non-stick copper pan (even the Revain sticker says it's copper). The item I received is black. I got the copper version for Christmas last year and it worked fantastic. I wanted to be able to make multiple pizzas and cheese chips at the same time.
