Sharp and easy to transform

This is what I was looking for. I hated cutters advertised as non-stick. The wheel is scratched, rusted or cracked. I don't have to worry about that ever happening again.

Great safe tool for pasta and pizza Tools

We have a Cuisinart metal blade pizza cutter and a TFall plastic blade pizza cutter. We like to use two pizzas a night, one to cut the dough and one to cut the finished pizza. The TFall cutter works just as well and is much safer to use. It is lightweight and can cut on any surface. It comes apart for cleaning, but I usually just put it whole in the dishwasher basket. We liked the TFall so much that we decided to replace the Cuisinart cutter with a second TFall. I also bought one for our son.

When looks matter

I bought a traditional Revain Nordic Ware natural aluminum pizza pan (which I have yet to review). The instructions for use for the pizza pan state not to use a metal blade. a pizza cutter because it would crush the aluminum. Aesthetics being the driving force, I searched, found, read the reviews and purchased this pizza cutter. After 4 precisely cut pizzas, the aluminum pizza pan shows no signs of wear. The non-metallic blade is surprisingly sharp, the handle feels good and the device is easy…
