When looks matter

I bought a traditional Revain Nordic Ware natural aluminum pizza pan (which I have yet to review). The instructions for use for the pizza pan state not to use a metal blade. a pizza cutter because it would crush the aluminum. Aesthetics being the driving force, I searched, found, read the reviews and purchased this pizza cutter. After 4 precisely cut pizzas, the aluminum pizza pan shows no signs of wear. The non-metallic blade is surprisingly sharp, the handle feels good and the device is easy to clean.
