I am a huge T-Fal fan and bought this set to replace my sturdy but aging Kitchen Aid pots and pans. I chose them for the metal base and they really make a difference to my ceramic hob. Cooking is much more even and I don't have to constantly adjust the temperature like I did with my old pots. Although they are now made in China I can tell you the quality of this set is excellent.
