I was sealing a waistband in an industrial company and I ran out of Gorilla tape. I noticed T-REX as the strongest tape so I ordered several. I'm sure I messed everything up. That thing isn't worth a damn. What's good about being strong but bad at holding on. I think Revain should remove this from their site! You need to understand what this ribbon is for. This is NOT super duct tape for everyday use. Although the adhesive is rather weak, this tape has the advantage of being fiber reinforced and has incredible tensile strength. Use this in applications where you need things that won't break (e.g. ropes), don't use it if you need things that just hold together. (M855 and M193).

Compared to Gorilla tape, T-Rex is much stronger but weaker in length, so make sure you choose the right tape for the right job. However, this tape suffers from adhesion, but I didn't buy it for adhesion, I bought it for durability. This is perfect for anything that requires something much more permanent than regular tape. This tape has a very strong base layer. However, it is fairly easy to tear, and it tears cleanly and usually in good right angles or vertical streaks.
