Needed an iPad mount in several places around the house, ordered the item and was dismayed to see two small cheap plastic mounts that attach to the wall with drywall screws. The included instructions are pretty basic, no installation hassles. Easy installation. Just make sure there is no bolt behind the bracket when installing the anchor. If so, no problem, just use the included screw. I plan to buy more sets in the future. Great price for what has been a great mount - attractive, seems secure (once I screw it on - read on for THAT "adventure"), great quality for not too much money. However, I would STRONGLY recommend using hardware, especially drywall anchors that you buy yourself and not the cheap ones that come with the kit. We use them to mount our Samsung tablet and display our security cameras. They are exactly as advertised. Rating Update: I reviewed this product after first seeing how thin it was and not being able to use a case. If that's what you need, great. If you use a case, you get version 2.0. The company did everything to make me happy. They sent me version 2.0 and it fits the larger width. It even comes with rubber grommets for a more precise fit and Command Stip branded adhesive strips. 2.0 is great. The original would have been better without the permanent wall mount (requires 2 packs for all 4 corners.
