Best little tripod I have. Good thing I have four of them now.

My favorite part of this tripod (besides its strength) is the upper thread. You don't need an adapter at all because it's 3/8" and if you fit something 1/4" the 3/8" sleeve slides down and out of the way and then springs back when needed. Such a one simple thing but super useful.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Functionality

Very well made, best in Complete Tripods

. Worth every penny of the extra money. I bought 3 bullet time manual tripods (didn't know which one would fit) and this was the strongest and most reliable of them all. They all work fine as long as you don't burden them with a bulletproof rig, but if you want quality, get this. You'll still have it 10 years from now. Update: Just bought 2 more This is easily the sturdiest, most durable and lowest table tripod I've found and I've bought several.

Pros
  • . Comfortable to use
Cons
  • . Upgrades

Great concept, good materials but lacks a professional feel

I love it but the two legs are very loose. After putting them on they seem fine but I suspect I'll have to do this many times. The metal is of good quality, but the device lacks smoothness. The legs should have clear contact points when folded to provide a more comfortable hold, and when open they should feel like they're locking. Turning the head to change the breakpoint isn't smooth either. It just doesn't do much in terms of position feedback.

  • Sample for one year
Cons
  • Empty

Best home tripod I've ever had!

This tripod is perfect for me. It's simple, light, fast, simple and powerful. I use mine to photograph my young children. You can leave it attached and barely notice it. My favorite feature is that opening the legs is easy. You don't need to adjust the locks like most tripods. You turn the knob to select 90% or 45% and that's it. You open the legs when you're ready to use them and close them when you're done. Another important point is strength. I used heavy glasses like Tamron G2 f 2.8 70-200…

Solid Mini Tripod is the best among tripods and monopods

Hi guys, I needed a new mini tripod because the plastic tripod I used couldn't withstand the impact. So the first thing I looked for was mostly metal structures. After looking at Revain and B&H a lot, I decided to buy this one. After a few tries I learned a lot; Advantages: 1) Very durable and stable. 2) Very good workmanship and construction. 3) For example, the legs have two-position stops and do not rely solely on friction in the joint. 4) Has two sets of slots on each leg to attach the…

This is a good sturdy tabletop tripod

I needed a small tripod for a very expensive iPhone. This tripod has threaded holes in the legs. I made good brass weights that are held under the feet with these threaded holes to secure them. Now with the addition of the ball mount, it can securely hold the iPhone at any angle. When the iPhone is pointed straight down, it throws a lot of weight off center, causing terrible whoops that the build is only marginally stable. My additional weights ensure stability. I just snapped some shots on a…

VERY strong for its size!

I've had a protracted struggle with not being able to resist buying just about every little knick knack or camera accessory that came my way. In fact, I've filled two large drawers with irresistible "junk" that promises to solve problems I may or may not have at the moment. While I very rarely refer back to the gadget collection (because something bought 7 years ago MAY work for another purpose), I rarely keep anything. Recently, after reading a review on the photography forum, I often bought…

Every photo must buy one. Cheapest buy at $30

Sturdy little tripod. I love its simple design. The legs have a locked position so they can either be unfolded, extended into a tripod, or folded completely. The mechanism for adjusting the legs is simply brilliant. It's just three slots in a red metal wheel. The legs stop at their height and hit the red metal wheel, and spinning the wheel allows the legs to fall into the slots, allowing the tripod to fall flat. Two slots in the legs allow you to attach the tripod to objects; I've already found
