I like that we have an easy way of communicating between departments within our organization as well as outside agencies through this system. It is very helpful when trying to coordinate events such as community meetings or training sessions across different locations. There are some features where there could potentially be more options available but overall I would say its pretty good considering how simple it was set up initially! The easy of use interface makes this system very user friendly! It is great that you are able get training online if needed as well through their website which gives access anywhere at any time!! I wish they had more options when adding new reports/forms but thats just my opinion only since we're not using all features yet.
