Pump works as expected

I have used this pump to circulate hot water in a recently installed residential circulation system. The pump appears to work well and provides quick access to hot water from the farthest outlet of the water heater. The operating temperature seemed higher than I expected, but the plumber said it was normal. Thank you for providing this taco pump. I hope it continues to work as expected.

Excellent pump best in power water pumps

After researching different pumps for the hot water circuit in my bathroom, which is far from the water heater, I settled on the Taco 006-B4 pump. This pump was also recommended to me by a good friend who was the manager of a plumbing company. It was easy to install and works great. I plug the pump into a wireless outlet to turn it on before showering and after 2-3 minutes I have instant hot water and after showering I turn it off. I used to have to run water for 2-3 minutes to get hot water…

Pros
  • Connection dimensions: 3/4 Pot.
Cons
  • Minor issues

My old 38 year old taco circulation pump for my hot water tank finally broke. I did some research and found that they no longer produce the exact model to replace it. I decided to stick with this model hoping it would work (the price was worth it). Since the old pump had a vertical design and threaded connections. There was a diversion of the piping and a copper tube had to be soldered into the pump itself. From now on, connections, Pex or Sharkbite fittings work perfectly. After everything was
