We have a 40 year old house that is heated by a boiler and three old relay controlled hot water circulating pumps that hummed very loudly and were a mess of wires. Although I had never touched a heating system before, I was able to replace the relay with this one box, which eliminated and simplified all the wiring to the circuit, thermostats and pumps. Upgrading my oven this fall was easy - thanks to this. Replacing a number of old separate components, this box simplified wiring and made future troubleshooting much easier. I removed one zone and currently only use two but am planning to expand to add a zone for a garage heater and a pool heater so it was easy as it cost a little more than the two zone version.
