This visor organizer was purchased to add some storage as our vpg truck did not have a glove box. The truck, like the Hummer, was built at AM General's Indiana plant. On this visor we were able to add a grip, registration and also some patches. The stitching and velcro are well made and the visor looks like a military mall. This organizer doesn't fit my 2012 Aries visor mirror. The straps are too short to get around it. So it kind of defeats the purpose. I ended up placing it in the grooves on my K9 stand next to the headrest and tightening it up. I hope the straps don't wear through. Update: I've found a new strap material that I'm going to buy to sew on because I really want to put it on the visor for my badges, grips, etc. I might even try some velcro if all else fails. For the most part this is perfect for my needs. However, the straps that come with it are a bit small. So let's say you have a large visor disc in something like a truck, you're going to have quite a bit of time trying to attach it to the visor. I expect them to fly off me while driving, so truck owners might want to get some extra velcro straps to better fit the large visors. Other than that pretty nice. The organizer just sits over the visor most of the time so I think the quality is ok for it. But that's all. I am giving this item 1 star because the promotional photos lie. All MY fault.
