A bit difficult! - Sport

The bracket fits well and holds up well. It kind of catches on too well. Because of this, I switched it from a road bike to a gravel bike. I left a bottle of Camelbak Podium in for a few days which took some of the cramping out of it.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Difficult to say

Holds a water bottle (VERY) tight!

Not much can be said about the bottle holder. It's lightweight and fairly easy to install. It looks like it's too small to hold a standard bottle, but it does (and very firmly, as others have pointed out). Not sure if it will loosen over time but my last bottle cage would lose the bottle through rough stuff so tight it's considered a feature compared to others who see it as a disadvantage.

  • Doping ๐Ÿ”ฅ
Cons
  • Was damaged

Minimalist and lightweight, suitable for cycling

I bought the matte black and white and I love them. I got a new bike with a matte finish and my old glossy frames didn't look as good on the new bike. They are more distinctive and due to their minimalistic design they don't change the look of the bike much. Like many others, I found them too narrow for the bottles I use. So I put them in a pot of simmering water for a minute or two, then pulled them out and pressed them slightly outward onto my hands while the plastic cooled. Now they areโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Rugged finish
Cons
  • Big and chunky

Less risk of losing a bottle than most. This doesn't work on my son's bike for the same reason as he needs a cage to "wiggle" to fit a bottle as his bike's frame is small. So a small frame, a really hard cage and a big/quite hard bottle won't work. Also the matte finish, color highlights (I ordered orange) look good but the main body (matte black material) doesn't work. looks attractive It's more like "no finish" and looks like it has a matte texture. I'm returning this one and ordering a shiny

  • Great price

Terrible bottle holders

If there's one thing that works TOO well, it's this. I've been using them for a few weeks now and I absolutely hate them and wouldn't recommend buying them if you're like bottle cages that you literally can't take bottles out of and put back in. I've heard that they loosen over time, but I just don't have the patience to wait a year or more for them to loosen. full leg traction on my bike to get my regular sized bottles out of the twin six. I just can't reach and put the bottle back with oneโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Reliability

Rigid bottle holders. Professional look.

Got them after installing all the new components on my bike - thought I might as well install some new bottle cages to complete the improvements. I've seen a lot of my favorite pro teams use these cages (Quickstep, Jumbo Visma, Bora Hansgrohe) so I figured there must be something good about them. I wasn't disappointed either. They look cool, light, sleek and inexpensive and I can't imagine them ever losing a bottle no matter the conditions. Of course, they work with both Taxc bottles andโ€ฆ
