I've been using the Tacx Flow Smart Trainer for a month now and I'm very impressed. I bought it mainly because it was Zwift compatible and lo and behold it works great with Zwift. It doesn't have a descent simulation but that's the only feature I'd be interested in as it seems stable, quiet and accurate enough for general training. You definitely get more bang for your buck with this trainer.

Mixed results with the device so far. About a third of the time I use it, the Bluetooth stops working and shows up as a paused exercise whether I keep pedaling or not. I need to end the current session, disconnect the device, count to 10, reconnect and restart. It probably worries me more than it should, but when I get into a rhythm, or whatever you want to call it, it annoys me to have to stop and get off my bike and do all this nonsense. This is my first smart trainer but I have no complaints about it. Noise levels vary greatly depending on tires, tire pressure, and how hard you press the machine onto the wheel. I suggest if you get a lot of noise try to get special trainer tires or something else with no tread and it will greatly reduce the noise you get from it. Pairing can be fiddly at times, but like all other Bluetooth things I can't talk to ANT+ pairing yet, but will update if I run into any issues in the future.
