Very good social media management platform

I like how it is easy to use, you can create tags for your posts in seconds! It's also very intuitive once installed correctly (no hassle!). The price tag could be better but what do we expect from such an awesome product? That being said there are some features that need improvement or maybe even new ones added as well - this will help improve its usability overall. We have been able to make our blog much more useful by adding categories/tags with ease without having any problems at all using

  • The customer service, the system works without any problems, and the customer support is very fast and helpful when you need it!
Cons
  • It could be better to have a more affordable price tag

Great tag manager - especially if you don

I love that it is simple to use for our team. We can easily create multiple tags, assign them to products, and add them to emails to help track performance data. The analytics are pretty basic but nothing wrong with that! As an agency we're looking at how we can use this tool more effectively and make it more of a reporting system than just a tagging engine. It's a great tool. There isn't anything really bad about it. I think the analytics could be better and perhaps provide more detailed…

  • Not difficult or time consuming process when setting everything out (especially compared my old tracking platform) where there were many steps including exporting files in excel..just takes so much longer.and requires double effort from end users as well because then all they have done their own report exports which means even further step increases etc lol !!! So good job here guys :) Keep doing what you do keep making product improvements

Excellent Customer Service: Tagitive

We have been using the Tagitive platform for a couple of years now and the customer service has been excellent. I can't think of anything that I dislike about Tagitive. The platform works perfectly for our needs. I don't have any dislikes. If you are considering using this platform, I would say you should. It has been a great experience for us.   • The email tracking feature which allowed users send mass e mails without having an error message pop up each time.Very intuitive GUI ,very simple & convenient UI/UX
  • Allowed ease in performing multiple different tasks across 1 application.
  • Email marketing capabilities (Bulk Emails) through API integration into Zendesk CRM solution was easily implemented
