Suitable for dogs

It is made of plastic, inexpensive and sometimes gets stuck. But the installation is easy and works. Just give your dog some time to get used to it.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Frequency

No more getting up to open the door!

This door is just beautiful! I installed it in about 10 minutes and once my dogs get used to it we don't have to let them out! I have a beagle and a puggle and they are great with them.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Hard to say

Quick and easy installation

Plastic door, frame looks a little flimsy so we'll see how long it lasts. It took my dog about 4 days to get used to the door. He started pawing at it and when it opened he tried to barge in but the plastic door hit him in the head. But now he uses it with ease.

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Not bad

It's light enough for our small dogs and it works great.

For the price, you can't beat this dog door. We had to find one for our screen door and this is one of the few doors that has been bolted together. Magnets don't stick. It's light enough for our small dogs and it works great.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Skinny

Exactly what I was looking for

Very easy to install. I was very glad I bought this pet door because it has screws as opposed to snaps and is very secure. I found the instructions easy to understand and my dog loved it. Unfortunately I can't use the swing door through no fault of the dog but because my porch has a small step and my little Havanese struggled to comfortably walk through it, get in and out. But it greatly reduced the amount of bugs coming in and out and gave him access to the backyard during the day!

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Speed

Works surprisingly well for us

We've been in the third door for a little over a year. This doesn't usually warrant a 4 star rating but I broke the first one which closed the main door when our dog went through the pet door and we ordered a third because we were reinstalling the screen and decided to add a new door as well for pets. Our 23lb Basenji drives through at full speed every time he hears something outside. I'm not sure how he survived, but he survived. I would give it 5 stars if they made two improvements - stronger

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Doubt

I expected better.

I see several of these types of pet screen doors on the market. This is the most expensive. Although I didn't see any of the others after receiving this, I found this product to be a bit overpriced. These are 2 halves of a plastic frame that attaches to a screen door. They give you 8 screws to screw the 2 halves together. Durability really depends on how "gracefully" your pet goes through the hole. Mine is still learning so it bangs on the frame. Sturdy plastic door with tiny holes. The dog…

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Some nuances
