Impossible to squeeze a lemon into the rind. You can't turn a lemon to extract the zest from it if it's in the zest. It's not set up properly. Absolutely useless. waste of money. I requested a refund but as Revane said it was never taken. I'm stuck with a piece of junk and its price while we all keep a close eye on our money.

This is a great idea, but it does require some work. It's too small for the lemons and limes you buy at the grocery store - it doesn't close. You cannot grip the lemon/lime or the tool well enough to twist and pull out the peel. The juicer is also small. I went back to my micro plan and manual juicer (the kind you stick half a lemon or lime in, close and squeeze). I'll keep an eye on the "new and improved" version!

Great concept, poor execution. I agree with most people who have reported that the design compromises the action required to flip the peel (or lemon). Maybe a lemon would be better. The device is adjustable. Lemon/lime zest should be dry. Smaller fingers can allow you to flip the lemon/lime. I have medium hands and fingers. I couldn't hold the lemon and flip it at the same time.
