Most affordable & reliable tool when we talk related Resume Database services

The ability of this software for sourcing candidates from multiple databases, searching resumes using different parameters like skills sets or certifications etc. I am able to get all my data in one platform which helps me analyse it easily as compared with other tools available out there now-a days. Nothing particular that i dislike about talismanic but if you are looking at online resume database then use their free version initially so your can explore everything before going ahead into paid

  • Good Analytics features & Reports.Cons : Some issues related integration between TTN CRM module

Excellent tool especially helpful during difficult hiring times

I like that it's easy for me as an applicant, because you can just add up my points from your profile page and see how well or badly i am doing compared with other applicants in each category (skills/experience). It also has all of our past interviews so if we did not get along then they will let us know right away! The only thing about this software is its price point, but when comparing it against some others out there, it really isn't much more expensive than what those companies are…

  • I like the candidate profile page it's easy to navigate and allows me to see all of my candidate information at once
Cons
  • I wish it was a little more user friendly, but that is just because I am used to other software
