Magic 🪄 Purple Tamagotchi 42830 Review

It took me 3 days to finally decide to spend a whopping $65 on this (we're a poor college student. I'm a clown). I never had a Tamagotchi as a kid because my parents never let me, so now that I'm an adult I figured why not what I'm earning at 7 years old! I ordered the fabulous blue and it got to me in perfect condition :-) Even though I'll probably be eating air and water for the next 2 weeks, I recommend buying it, especially if you've never had it because you're a kid me :')

I was very pleased with the release of the English color Tamagotchi and very happy to finally get my hands on it other than it looks very used. It looks like someone took a needle and scratched the screen like hell, two of those scratches are deep and very noticeable even when the screen is on and can be a little distracting. This thing is very cute and a great upgrade from the one I had as a kid. Before you get these for yourself or your kids, note that they don't come with batteries. You have to provide your own AAA batteries, and for some reason they've done away with the lighter detachable battery case than other versions. I had an original once but this one is amazing compared to the original. It's beautiful - I love glitter! Mine had super light scratches on the screen (my first batch) but not enough to worry me and I'm picky and it didn't affect the quality of the screen when I turned it on.
