🚀 TAMIYA JS3 Stalin Russian Heavy Tank Review

First of all, this is not a toy. It requires serious building to assemble. Also, this is a demo, not a game. Needs painting, but overall a fairly accurate replica of the tank.

My son really likes tank models. Prefers this brand - Tamiya - to others. It turned out great! Great price compared to hobby shops in town. Also, he couldn't find this particular model in stock at the local hobby shops.

This model is a very good representative of the late WW2 JS3. The surface is as rough as the original. The scale is pretty accurate. Less putty is needed to fill the gaps in the connection of parts. The set is good but could be better.

I was very impressed with this option. This was the fifth WWII tank I built and this turned out to be the best and easiest. The assembly is simple and uncomplicated. The fit between the parts is amazing (the only place I had to use filler was at the very front of the turret where the top and bottom curved together. Here is a great set of Tamiya IS-3 (or JS-3 in English). IS-3 - Soviet designation. This kit was AMAZING to build. The kit was put together quickly and there were no problems adjusting it. I think I put this kit together in under 3 hours - that's how quick it was put together. Total parts count was less than 100.
