Tandy Leather Buckle Antique 1643 21 Review

This buckle is perfect for my DIY belt for Arts and Crafts. As a result of my tests, I determined that it is solid and durable. The antique look also gives my project a rustic touch. The only con is that it is a bit heavy, but that adds to its durability. Overall, I highly recommend this buckle for anyone looking to add a vintage feel to their leather projects.

I have a pure leather work belt that I inherited from my father and it is real leather and I am over 20 years old, I bought this buckle and spent $10 for someone to sew a buckle in there and after a few weeks the metal pin slipped into one corner and flipped to the other side as I then had to get creative to get it working bring, I bought other straps and a leather strap is in the closet because the metal rod is not long enough

I didn't know what a roller buckle was until I got it and wondered why it has an extra metal tube that rattles. I did some research on the internet and found that the pulley allows the strap to roll through the buckle instead of slipping and this reduces wear on the strap itself, especially when you want to tighten it.
