Please, please, don't waste your money. Unfortunately I learned the hard way. 10 days past the 30 day return window and now I just have ripped fabric to show for it. One review mentioned "shower curtain" quality but I ignored it - I mean over $300 - it can't be a cheap product, right. well first mild wind caused it to separaate at the stiching - it's just not quality - so, pay more and get the type with wire. but, actually we decided to put up a permanent structure and not risk losing money…

This is an awesome product. Very lightweight and truly impermeable. It is holding very well in heavy rain and high winds. I have it installed under a screen, with a support every 14 feet and heavy pitch so water doesn’t have a chance to accumulate.

Here are the pictures of our end result. Like I said before, my husband said that per the reviews you need to add 1 foot to what you need.

Ordered 3 of these in 2 different sizes to enclose an awning on my small camper. They work perfectly, quality is very good for the price. Shipping did take awhile as I expected from previous reviews. Sizes were spot on which I was concerned about with other reviews. Very happy overall, would consider again if the need arises.

This is advertised as 1 continuous piece of material. This is not the case. I literally just noticed that this is 3 pieces of material sewn together poorly. The hems are uneven. There are creases in the material that are not disappearing. I assume the creases are from the vendors ironing the material together to make it straight. I am very disappointed.

This is our second tarp from this company in the last couple years! We love the quality of their products! Our first tarp lasted a good couple year through very high winds and extreme heat before we had to eventually replace and with other tarps we would have to replace every few months
