Used in an old iPod Video to replace a 30GB drive with a 256GB SD card. The hardest part is opening the iPod, but before you try, watch a few YouTube videos. My iPod Classic 160GB hard drive is dead for good! When I discovered the SDXC adapter I just had to try it and it worked! Removing the metal casing from the back of the iPod wasn't easy, but once I removed it, I was able to turn off the drive with no problems.
