Better than the original A+D for tattoos

I am very impressed! Got this for a new tattoo as I've used regular A+D tattoo ointment in the past and this seems to work even better. Rather than just protecting the skin, it also moisturizes; it leaves a slightly shimmering texture on the skin, making the tattoo truly spectacular. Only thing is that it made my skin a little sticky for the first 5 minutes before sinking in, but after that it was fine.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Almost everything ok

It looks so heavy and thick.

I know it's an ointment but it's the heaviest and thickest ointment I've ever used. It's not like A&D at all. It's heavier and more uncomfortable. I didn't like this product so much that I bought Hustle Butter instead. Hustle Butter is amazing! I highly recommend this. This product is unnecessary and ineffective.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Can hurt

Beats Tattoo Moisturizer!

What I love most about this salve is that when you rub it on your t-shirt it leaves no residue and it doesn't stick to anything, it literally keeps your tattoo shiny and looking perfect like new even if it is not damaged. fat and sticky! You have to use quite a bit! You don't need to lather your tattoo with a lot of this stuff, just a little makes a big difference! I love this stuff and I only bought a small bottle and it lasted so long I'm really glad they put this out!

  • Cool

Not for healing tattoos

Product for fully healed tattoos. I may have missed it in the description but I discovered it after using the product. However, there were no side effects from using it on a fresh tattoo.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons

Goldilocks Salve

After purchasing the lotion and salves that helped me heal my last half sleeve, my tattoo wasn't 100% happy. The lotion was too greasy and didn't last long enough to protect. This ointment is a message from God. This will help with itching while your tattoo heals without greasy mess. I will definitely take it again for my next tattoo.

Pros
  • Well Built

OMG must be for your tattoo!

let's just say this is the best product I have ever used on my tattoos. I came in yesterday after being out all day so my tattoo was dry and sore. The minute I applied it I felt instant relief. Its texture is perfect and somewhere in between. I woke up in the middle of the night to reapply as usual to keep the tattoo from drying out and my tattoo was surprisingly very hydrated so I didn't need another reapply. This is a game changer and I'm moving forward. If it's that good at a 3 and 4 day…

Pros
  • great product
Cons
  • something different

Great stuff for new and old tattoos

I've been tattooing for 30 years (first done in a friend's kitchen when it was still illegal in New York!). The biggest challenge is keeping them hydrated so they don't form crusts that pull out the color. I originally used the original A&D formula for this. Those who have used it know that it sticks to your clothes and can get dirty. In 2000 I started using Tattoo Goo throughout the day as I could reapply it over and over again and it didn't get thick. Went back to A&D at night as it took…

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • old

The best of the best! Suitable for after care products

As someone who has recently tattooed heavily (full sleeves and half sleeves this year), I have tried several products including tattoo paste, lint oil, rabid rabbit, h2ocean and now a new tattoo product from A&D. This product is by far the best! Here's my analysis: What annoys me the most is that tattoo healing products are sticky or greasy. This product doesn't work either! Odour: practically absent. Feel: The cream is a bit thick when applied, but does not feel sticky or rough when applied to

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Quick Start Guide
