Good size for jug, lid is too difficult to open

Perfect size, not too wide for my jug. But the lid is too tight! I have to use needle nose pliers to open the strainer by pulling on the tab at the top. Tried buying a second one to see if it was an accident with the first one (because I like the size) but no. the second is also incredibly difficult to open. Back to my two smaller ones with screw caps that are easy to open.

I've been using it for a few months now.

I've been using it for a few months and here are the pros and cons: Pros: 1. Cheaper than any I've seen.2. The chain is long enough. Disadvantages: 1. The circuit breaks from time to time and you have to reconnect.2. Quite difficult to turn and open for emptying/filling.3. After a few months of daily use, it fell apart. You can't tell at first but it's not really a solid two-piece body, it has rings that connect at the top and sides. It is now unusable.

Large size for a full teapot, easy to use

The title says it all. I like that they can be rubbed very hard. I like that they don't discolor from darker teas. I like that the brewing holes are so small that not much sand gets into the tea. I can't say anything bad, except maybe they were a bit more expensive? I bought three as I usually soak the liner 2-3 times before throwing the sheets away. This way I can have a black pot, a green pot, or a herb pot without having to drink three pots of the same kind.

This review is for size 20017, ASIN B00OGJMK9U. See photos. I bought two of these to help make kombucha. I brew up to 1.5 gallons of tea at a time so I needed large strainers. I can buy a big filter: FORLIFE Capsule Infuser. The reason I didn't do this was because at the time a Tealyra strainer was about half the price of a FORLIFE strainer and I wasn't sure that FORLIFE would last as much as two Tealyra strainers.
