Great heat resistant product!

I liked that it's thin but very effective. Used for thermal protection of gas stoves from wooden cabinets; an additional separate ceramic substrate was also added.

Runs great so far - exhaust and emissions

Product works great so far. Bought for a closet that sits next to my stove and the heat is absorbed by the sheet. You don't have to worry about the heat warping my closet.

Excellent product in spare parts

This is a great product for what I need it for which is the side of my fridge. My house is set up like this: The stove is right next to the fridge, so I needed something with the high wattage burner to keep the heat from warping the sides of the fridge. I've been using it for a month now without a single problem.

Really good resistance

I like the quality (excellent heat resistance) I have used it next to a motorcycle engine (gsxr 1100) where routed cables and cables for other electrical accessories are routed. It gets pretty hot near the engine bay, around 220 degrees, and this stuff works great to protect the speaker wires, LED wires, alarm, and the charging plugs for my phone.

Caution does not work

Bought a new stove and put it in the corner of my kitchen. The new stove had large burners and when the kettle was used, the radiant heat from under the kettle charred the wood paneling on the wall next to the stove. I bought and installed this supposedly 2000 degree heat shield, two days later it melted on the wall from indirect radiant heat while brewing a kettle of water.

I have a small radiator in my room that could generate enough heat to heat my room up to about 65 degrees at high temperature. I couldn't understand why he couldn't heat it up even more since I had it at the highest possible level until my dad mentioned that the wall behind was warm.
