This is the rescue! Literally and figuratively! Much better than the zippered ones! The safety lock is so secure. My Basenji learned to unbuckle the second seat belt in 2 car rides. We attached it to the center latch on my 2018 Nissan Altima and used it with its seat belts. Now I don't have to worry about her climbing on our laps as we drive down the street! Fantastic price too!

We bought several to take our dogs on long trips. It worked exactly as we expected, but the buckle eventually buckled due to the high tension of our 60-pound lab. Also note that the clip is fairly small so it doesn't snag on the large seat belt loops. We attach it to the smaller metal ring on the chest strap instead of the back clip. In addition, the quality is excellent and it does exactly what we need it for, which is to keep dogs in the back seat.

I use them to tie my dog in the car and it's great. The seat belt clip is very handy but I don't find it the safest way to buckle up a dog as they may step on the seat belt button to get free (this is not the product's fault). The clamp is good, but the hole is a bit small for the anchors in my car (again, this is not the fault of the product). I think this clip could probably be designed a bit better to make it more suitable for any type of anchor (maybe more like a carabiner clip).

I have a 2 year old Goldendoodle that weighs 80 pounds. She is active, strong and loves to ride in the car. The seat belt is essential for your safety and mine. This is the third we have bought. The other two disconnected from the car outlet. She is a very strong dog and constantly pulls them. I bought this in green, I can see it better from the back of the car. I bought this because I have a large Pyrenees who likes to sit in the front seat or stick his head out of the sunroof. She flew forward from the back seat when I had to brake to avoid the accident. I had another type that goes in the seat belt buckle or loops through the seat belt. Both of my dogs are very smart and know how to push the button to get out. I bought it specifically to be able to withstand the weather like a car seat. She can't escape this. I have to say, although through no fault
