Does not withstand ball impact. They are crumpled and deformed at first contact. They are for decoration and no other purpose, just to look at. Very disappointing to say the least.

So my 10 year old grandson decided to attend the great American baseball game. Now he's, as the saying goes, a rookie. So, along with a new glove, I bought this bag of baseballs. It's been a few months and they seem to be holding up pretty well. No complaints.

Okay first of all. Don't write leather in the description and then "faux leather" in the full description. They are not leather and should be returned immediately after opening. Second, a complete scrap construction. 10 minutes of banging and most of it is the balls of a 12 year old. Just take your $20 and burn it.

Balls do not withstand impact well. More than half lost their shape. Four had to be discarded due to a torn cover. I had more durability with a base set of Dick's Sporting training balls. I bought these because of youth/adult requirements. You are not good at handling this level of power.

I got it wrong and it's NOT leather, it's synthetic. The cover is also sewn like a placer. They seem to be great for practice balls and we still use them today. Although I doubt I would buy it again. I ordered these at the same time as a bucket of Rawlings leather baseballs and it's worth paying a little more to get better ones.
