Perfect replacement for my hot tub

Works great with Intermatic RC6F Air Button which I installed at the same time. This is a bypass switch meaning the air button once is pressed and released, the motor it controls turns on and stays on. Press and release the air button again and the motor turns off, a device similar to an electrical switch but safer.

Great alternative to replacing entire air switch assembly

My sink dispenser air switch has failed. Warranty expired and has served me well. I opened up the air switch box and didn't find much inside except this switch and a small amount of wire. Now I'm wondering what else I can do with these nifty little switches.

Pros
  • or tech.
Cons
  • It was possible to select a newer model.

I ran it over the weekend but it refused to run the dual speed pump at high speed. I looked at the PCB schematic with a fine comb and found nothing wrong. Since it was 17 years old (and free!) I decided to get creative with this air switch. I bought an air button to clear dirt and installed it on the rim of the tub. I
