(UPDATE) -- The tuning capacitor has failed. Now it has become very difficult to use on the AM and HF bands as the tuning capacitor seems to be defective. Based on previous experience of faulty Tecsun products, I will not cause myself any inconvenience even if I try to deal with their rude and dishonest customer service. I've tried a few of these (ie small portable AM/FM/SW) radios. When I saw it was listed on Revain I thought what the heck if it doesn't meet the $50 value standard I can always return it for a refund. It's a keeper!
