Large selection of sizes. The smallest is ideal for the 4 eggs in the morning, while the larger is a good standard size. Not as fluffy as my steel brooms, but I think it's because of the dampening effect of the silicone. If you really need to mix something use steel, but for most uses it's great and easier to clean.
