I lose meters too often so this is a replacement for the more expensive Fluke. I could lose 5 of these for the Fluke prize. Overall this is a great meter for the price. Pros: With the exception of the capacitance scale, the accuracy is on par with counters that cost much more. This counter is lightweight and the red boot makes it easy to find. : The display is updated slowly, especially on the resistance scale. PVC wires, strong in cold environments. This is the first "real" DMM I bought. I love it. A great digital multimeter for the price. It has all the features I need as an electronics lover. As far as I can tell, it has better than expected accuracy. The quality of workmanship corresponds to the price. And good qualities. The auto power off is a bit annoying, but if you just press the function button after turning it off once, it will stay on forever after that. Takes AA batteries *faint*. None of that 9V nonsense as Dave would say…
