Description of TEKTON 3/8 Inch Hybrid Lead-In Air Hose (10ft) - High PSI, 46134

Makes a flexible connection from rigid supply line to hose reel to isolate vibrations. Stays flexible and easy to work with, even in the cold. Slides over rough surfaces without abrasion. Lightweight, low friction hybrid polymer resists kinking and tangling. Solid brass connectors never corrode and seal better than aluminum, steel, or zinc.

More tape work required.

. Looked great on the rims. I even waited three days before leaving. But before I even got to the end of the driveway, they fell off the rim.

Pros
  • . Good product for the price.
Cons
  • . Not sure.

Super nice durable feeling.

Not-so-cheap patterned plastic but real rubber to the touch. PS; As other reviewers have said, it has an oily film on it that makes a mess, so wipe it off when installing and don't do it while wearing a white skirt like I did. 😲

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Only available in black

Very good hose: Power tool parts and accessories

I always have a short hose on my compressor at the workshop instead of lugging around a long one. I used this to replace my old leaky hose that always seemed to get tangled. The hose is very soft and flexible, will not get tangled. Big fan, wish I had done this sooner.

Pros
  • Nice item
Cons
  • A few little things

The hose burst the pinhole at 175 psi and 80 degrees.

Pros: Hose stays flexible in colder temperatures Cons: I had a pinpoint leak about 6 inches from one end at 175psi and 80 degrees vented. I cut off this end and installed a nipple, then used zip ties to attach the cut end of the hose to it. It holds up even after I set the pressure switch to 200psi. I'm pretty sure I have a bad hose.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Does not fit all

Good hose, very flexible.

Requires a small flexible hose. There were only 25 feet. This tubing is so easy to work with (especially compared to PVC tubing that always tries to roll back). I needed a pneumatic wrench, I only had a 25ft hose and the wrench didn't have enough power. I forgot I might need a shorter hose. When I used this shorter hose, there were no problems.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Hard to say

Garbage. Error 120 psi

Claimed Working Load of 300 psi and Burst Pressure of 900 psi. fits, this is the worst product you could ever recommend for the job. Not to mention I had to wait about three weeks to receive it because they lost my package the first time. Would give zero stars if possible

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Negative Result Present

This is a great hose for use on a workbench when there are air outlets in multiple locations in a garage. It's just the right length and much more flexible than most non-memory 3/8 hoses. The other hose I use is 1/4" polyurethane and looks like an extension, but it is curved and has memory and I needed 3/8" for use with grinders. I plan to order more of these short hoses for the entire store.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine

Good hose, well made

2nd update: Although I only use it occasionally, not every day. I originally purchased this hose in December 2015, it is now April 2017 and the hose still looks and works like new. So far no problems. In use, it's still pressurized at up to 130psi at the top level. works perfectly. I've also used it at pressures of up to 120-130psi and haven't had any issues with it cracking, breaking, kinking or anything else so far. So far this has worked great. Much better than my old HF. So for now I have…

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Definitely bad product
