Size is marked both with a high-visibility laser marking and a permanent stamped marking that won't wear off. 6-point socket opening provides an exact fit for hex fasteners. Radiused corners prevent fastener round-off by applying force to a fastener's flat sides, rather than its corners. Meets a minimum of 1.3 times the ANSI/ASME standard for proof torque. Overall Socket Length: 3.08 inches. Socket End Diameter: 1.19 inches. Drive End Diameter: 1.19 inches. Socket Well Depth: 1.41 inches.

Power Tool Socket Missing

This socket was purchased to replace one that was not included in the kit I received. I was so disappointed that the company didn't replace it without a receipt. The donor had no idea where the receipt had gone. There have been many Lowe's socket sets with the same problem. One might think that such a large company bears more responsibility for small things. HAPPINESS DOESN'T EXIST!

Great value and durable.

I am very happy with the Tekton tools that I have now. There are few of these, but one of them is a ratchet wrench, which has served me impeccably. Based on my personal experience, I rate their quality at the highest level of instrument brands. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'll give them a solid 9 or 9.5. Compared to some tools, you can expect the same or similar performance compared to truck brands, but save a decent amount of money. This socket is no different from my other products in terms ofโ€ฆ

Excellent purchase! - Custom sockets

I had to replace CV boots on a 2007 Tacoma. This bushing was used to remove and reinstall the axle nut. It worked great and cost the same as a chrome (non-impact) 12 point head from my local auto parts store. Hexagon sockets are better for impact work. The price-performance ratio of this 35 mm deep Tekton 1/2 Drive X impact socket is hard to beat! Tekton manufactures sockets in this size class (35-38 mm) in 4140 Cr-Mo. Chrome-molybdenum couplers and extensions must be plated to resistโ€ฆ
