Shirts fit a little. One of the shirts has a design on it and my son complained that it was itchy and uncomfortable. He thought it was a label. Unfortunately he won't wear it.

Bought for my 3.5 year old SPD son. He is 40 inches and 40 pounds. Even the XS was too big for him. The company is fine and didn't mind without worrying about the fit being too big for a fairly tall 3.5 year old.

Bought for my daughter. It's a little loose. But my daughter loves it. She says everyone asked her where she got the long-sleeved shirt under her uniform shirt. You please and I please. The extra space gives her time to grow.

I bought two very small pieces for my 7 year old, he has a huge neck and the length of the shirt is down to his thighs. !The second shirt has a narrower neckline despite being the same size, but is still too long. The sleeve length of this shirt is also slightly longer, which makes it look looser.
