Great easy to use hat.

This headset is easy to use, just plug it in and you're done. There was no information on how to answer calls, but luckily I read the reviews that all you have to do is press the speakerphone button. The volume is adjusted using the phone's volume control. The calls are clear, there have been no complaints.

Works great with my office phone system

It didn't work initially through the headset port. I had to disconnect the handset and replace it with this connector, but it doesn't really matter. Works perfectly. The phone rings, pick up the receiver and put it on the table. The sound quality is good. Light. We have an office system "Inter-tel" and it works great with it.

Loud squeak when plugged into headset jack

It's stupid that you can't plug this headset into the headset jack. When I plugged the headset into the headphone jack, there was just a big squeaking noise from it. So you need to connect it to the handset jack. If you do this, you will no longer have to use your phone. Sounds normal when plugged into the handset jack

MIC DOESN'T WORK: Headsets

I ordered one. The microphone didn't work. I thought I got an inferior product so I replaced it with another one. The new one doesn't work either. I tried using the handset jack on the phone AND the headphone jack on the phone. I can hear very well but the mic never works no matter what I do. I went to their website to ask someone for help and all of their phone numbers are overseas. Ridiculous. I can't even reach anyone to figure out what I'm doing wrong. We will come back for a refund.
