Works great. I kept the cord from getting too tangled. I bought one for the phone and the other I bought with the extension. No noise on the line.

This pick does a great job. The small connector that plugs into the phone itself is very fragile, but as long as the cord isn't pushed to its limits it should last for a while.

Looks nice and solid and does the job. BUT the call keeps dropping out and is very static. You need to hold a small device for a clear conversation. Which defeats the purpose

I have yet to get rid of the first tangled telephone cable (short) that I bought from you a while ago. I really want to avoid having to buy another handset for my 2 line phone. Your contribution is gratefully accepted. The original order was purchased from Softtalk on April 20, 2018 via AMAZON.

This item does not have a tangled cord and I like it. However, it sits loosely in the handset and some interference can be heard during the call. If I push it down the tube a little, the static stops. It's just not as tight as it should be. When I pick up the phone, the noise disappears completely. So I'd say I'm kinda happy with it.
